After recently announcing a delay in the launch of Nothing Phone 3, Pei showcased the upcoming features of Nothing OS 3.0. He confirmed that the operating system will be officially announced in September 2024.
Customization Options:
Default Style: Displays the standard clock, date, and day.
Clock+Widgets Style: Adds features like a dotted font clock, weather widget, contact widget, and quick action shortcuts.
Expanded Widget Area: Provides a larger tile version of the Clock+Widgets style, featuring both analogue and digital clocks along with more extensive widget options.
Interactive Features:
Dot Animations: These animations will be part of the Quick Settings panel and will include an input image layer, a live interaction layer, and a final output layer for a more dynamic user experience.
Pei also hinted at the integration of AI in the upcoming Nothing Phone 3, aiming to enhance the personalized user experience. The flagship phone is expected to be launched in 2025.
